USCGC Vigilant and Confidence - The USCGC Vigilant (WMEC-617) pictured right and the Confidence (WMEC-619) to the left are both 210'. Both vessels are powered by two V16 2550 horsepower ALCO diesel engines, have a top speed of 18 knots and have a range of 6100 miles. They are manned by 12 officers, 63 enlisted personnel and carry a HH-65 Dolphin MEDEVAC-capable Search-and-Rescue (SAR) helicopter.
