This is a perfect place to plan to spend the day. You can swim at beaches watched over by lifeguards or surf or fish in one of the designated areas. Then you can picnic at one of the many tables there and use the grills or if you have a larger group pavilions are available for reservation. They have playgrounds and a volleyball area, as well. They also provide restrooms and outdoor shower areas, to clean up after your day. You can even use a beach surf wheelchair, when you arrange for use of it with a lifeguard; there is also plenty of parking available.

Dubois Park

Dubois Park is set on 18.69 acres and has a beach area of 1,200 feet with lifeguards on duty. It's open sunrise to sunset 24 hours a day during the summer and weekends & holidays during the winter. Swimming is permitted in designated areas as are fishing and surfing. They too have a picnic area with grills and pavilions available for larger groups upon reservation. They have restrooms with outdoor showers and there is plenty of parking.
