Mallory Square In Key West Florida
The sunsets at Mallory Square are nothing short of spectacular and have been used as a backdrop in several movies and T.V. shows. Historical Key West District
Long Before the sunsets there are many things to do and see, for instance you could take a tour of the Key West Aquarium. The Aquarium features wonderful sea life which are native to the waters of Key West. You can pet live sharks and watch while they, and the turtles, are fed. The Touch Tank offers a unique experience of getting up close and personal with hermit crabs, conchs, sea cucumbers and sea urchins. Then you can wander along the shaded brick paths of the Key West Historical Memorial Sculpture Garden as you take in the 36 bronze busts honoring the men and women who gave Key West its vibrant and colorful past.

At the Key West Shipwreck HISTOREUM Museum you can join the actors that portray the world of 1856 and relive how Key West became the richest city in the United States. The museum uses actors, films, and laser technology to tell this story and you can see the actual artifacts from the recently rediscovered wrecked ship the Isaac Allerton which sank in 1856. They also have a 60 ft look at tower that offers a magnificent view of Key West.
Trolley and Train Tours
If you prefer you can take a trolley tour of the city, the Old Town Trolley Tours takes you back to the days of Indians, pirates, wreckers & the Civil War. Local guides provide 90 minutes of humorous anecdotes, colorful stories and historical information. So sit back and open your imagination while expert tour guides turn back the pages of history.

The Conch Tour Train has been running on Key West since 1958, expert 'engineers' will delight you the legends and lore of this charming tropical paradise. You can catch both the train and the trolley from the Historical Waterfront, just be sure you're back in time for the sunset.
