West Palm Beach, FL - Urban shopping and entertainment districts are popping up all around Florida as communities rediscover the value of providing open places where people can meet, walk around and enjoy life. West Palm Beach’s CityPlace and Clematis District is a place where couples and families can feel safe. Singles and the young people will enjoy the entertainment, people watching and nightlife.
There are a variety of restaurants at CityPlace including Legal Seafood, IL Bellagio, Jinja Asian Bar & Bistro, Saito’s Japanese Steak House, La Salsa and Cheeburger Cheeburger and everywhere you go there seems to be a Starbucks or other coffee shop. Some of the more popular night clubs are Brewzzi, Blue Martini and Wet Willies.
Transportation within CityPlace and the Clematis District is provided by the The Downtown Trolley which rolls by about every 10 minutes. The open air trolley is clean and comfortable and it’s free.
Shopping along Clematis and at CityPlace is upscale and features Macy’s, Mayors Jewelers, Williams-Sonoma and many others.
Parking at CityPlace is ample with garages located throughout. Parking on Clematis is a little tougher at peak times with cell phone/change parking meters.
