Jacksonville Jazz Festival April 11-13

Jacksonville, FL - Jacksonville Jazz Festival will be held April 11-13 at the Florida Theatre & Metropolitan Park. The Jacksonville Jazz Fest will feature five amateur Jazz pianists competing in the Florida Theatre for cash prizes and a chance to perform the next day 1 p.m at the Jazz Festival in Metropolitan Park, doors open at 6 p.m.
Saturday April 12, Metropolitan Park opens at noon and the Art at the Met Art Show & Sale will take place. You can also enjoy 38o Latitude: Wine Tasting Experience, a separate ticket for this tasting can be purchased at the park entrance and includes eight samplings of featured wines and a souvenir wine glass with five additional tastes for only ten more dollars. Saturday night be sure to stop by the Jacksonville Marriott for their ‘Round Midnight Jazz Jam from 10 p.m. - 2 a.m.
Sunday April 13 the big event is a Jazz Brunch catered by Chef Matthew. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. and it’s first come, first seated (seating is limited). Tickets can be purchased that Sunday, online and at the Florida Theatre Box Office. More here
