Ponce Inlet Shrimpfest at Inlet Harbor Marina & Restaurant

Ponce Inlet, Florida - The 10th Annual Shrimpfest is being held at the Inlet Harbor Marina & Restaurant April 19-20 for the benefit of the Daytona Beach College Culinary Institute. Saturday students will be serving visitors and honing their presentation skills for the competition Sunday evening. Shrimp dishes will be prepared by teams of students and will be judged for taste, presentation and creativity.
There will be entertainment and activities for the kids and shrimp stations featuring fried, coconut, peel and eat it shrimp and many other varieties served by students and restaurant employees. Trams will transport patrons to the event. Daytona Beach College Culinary Institute offers a two year Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Management. More at www.inletharbor.com.
