By October the weather finally starts to cool, especially at night, it’s the perfect time for county fairs and festivals. One of the favorites is Oktoberfest, Florida loves Oktoberfest as much as Florida loves beer and great German food. Floridians love celebrating Independence Day so much that fireworks dealers have used a loophole in the law where any farmer can buy fireworks to scare wildlife away from their crops. Jacksonville, FL - Jacksonville Jazz Festival will be held April 11-13 at the Florida Theatre & Metropolitan Park. The Jacksonville Jazz Fest will feature five amateur Jazz pianists competing in the Florida Theatre for cash prizes and a chance to perform the next day 1 p.m at the Jazz Festival in Metropolitan Park, doors open at 6 p.m.
