Our second time having Nepalese food, this restaurant was great! The Kathmandu chowmein was excellent with a good level of spicy and we tried the tandoori mix which had lamb, chicken and shrimp, all great. Also tried the sweet naan which was very different, but good! Would certainly return to this nice restaurant, friendly service.
My family and I were there bunch time. The people are so nice. The food amazing. I had goat curry my son shrimp curry my granddaughter comes here a lot with her family.. first time eating Indian food love it. Will most definitely be back.
First time coming to this restaurant. All the food was so good! I tried the garlic and cheese naan, the butter chicken, Gobi Manchurian, and chicken momo. I will definitely be going back. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Very nice place. The food was ok, however; I probably would not go back for Indian cuisine. The butter chicken was mediocre at best. The sauce had not enough spices and the chicken seemed to either be overcooked or sitting there all day. The Tandoori chicken was also either old, not made in a clay oven, or just rubbed in the spices and fried or even worse reheated and served. It was tough and was not tender or fall off the bone the way Tandoori chicken is supposed to be.
The basmati rice was fresh and of decent quality. The rice was not overcooked and not undercooked, so that was good. The butter Naan was good, a bit crispy yet soft, very fresh. The atmosphere is very nice for a dinner gathering, and the service was nice as well, not overly attentive but nice enough. The vegetable samosas did not taste authentic and were also overcooked. I would definitely skip that if I did ever go back which is dissapointing because who doesn’t love vegetable samosas. If I did go back I would probably try something different, maybe the Momo’s, the Nepalese khaja, or the fried rice not sure but definitely Not what I did have. I was reeeally looking forward to trying this place so I’m sad and disappointed as someone who absolutely loves Indian and Nepalese cuisine. I hope after reading this review they remedy the issues because it really is a cute place and could be great if they want to be.
Today was the first time my daughter and I have been here. My wife and step daughter has been here once before. I tried the goat fry and loved it. The food and service are amazing!! Will definitely go back. The owner was really nice as well as our waitress.
