Place was very dirty and owner was very rude when I complained about the food which was very dry and no seasoning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also very sketchy and unusual individuals hanging around out side asking for money upon entry. Save your money and eat else where
I got there before they opened but the owner was nice and let me wait. The food is so delicious & piping hot! The chicken was so tender it fell off the bone. Everything had so much flavor! I got the bbq chicken, oxtails, Mac & cheese, greens, white rice, and yams! The mac & cheese was a large side. The entrees come with rice & 2 sides. I will definitely be going back! I’m a big eater & the portions are legit. This food is what dreams are made of!
If you are in the area and craving some good soul food, you got to stop by! Much respect for allowing me to eat in the restaurant even though you were closing. That was true southern hospitality!
Food was DELICIOUS. Melissa/Owner/Chef was very courteous, friendly and welcoming. Get you some of this good food. Took the pic after I started eating.
