A Giordano’s within spitting distance of Universal!!!!!! I’ve loved Giordano’s Chicago style deep dish pizza both in Chicago and in Orlando. In fact, I never skip this place when I visit the House of Mouse. Best deep dish pizza this side of the Mississippi!

This location is smaller than the one near Disney Springs, which meant quicker service for us. Thanks Giordano’s!!! Will be back!

Came here for dinner. Place was busy when we arrived. There is plenty of parking to park. Seated within a few minutes. Our server was friendly. She also informed that deep dish pizza will take 40-45 minutes. Deep dish pizza was really good. Overall 4/5 ⭐️.

We ordered delivery so no points for atmosphere except the delivery guy was great. Had an array of food. Deep dish meat heavy and the gentlemen enjoyed. Thin crust was a little underdone but loaded with toppings. Pasta Alfredo and chicken Parmesan were great. Loved the salad. Overall great for delivery.

Incredible Chicago style deep dish pizza. We went there on thanksgiving day and the service, food, and experience was amazing. Lots of leftover pizza so dinner was taken care of. They are super dog-friendly so my little pup was able to hang out with us while we enjoyed the deep dish pizza, soup, Caesar salad, caprese chicken sandwich .

We were in Florida last week and decided to eat here. The appetizers were great, and we should have stopped there. We ordered a deep dish with over possibly 11 toppings, and we’ve done this many times for a traditional pizza. Well, we clearly understand that it would take longer to cook, no problem. However, we definitely didn’t understand, nor were told the crust would turn into thin over cooked burned thin cracker type crust instead of remaining it’s consistency of a think deep dish heavy fluffy crust! After waiting over an hour for what we thought would be an amazing deep dish experience, I was totally disappointed as we bit into a thin cracker type over cooked burned crust. A good waitress and cook should have informed us as we could have just ordered a thin crust pizza with many toppings, and it would have tasted better. We ended up with a lasagna type consistency on very thin burnt crust. Brenda, the waitress, was also not good. She’s the type who will periodically check on your table and disappear if she thinks you’re good, apparently. She left the appetizers, and since the pizza took over an hour to cook, she didn’t return until it was close to being cooked, apparently, which left us thirsty. We watched a male waiter attend his table multiple times as we wondered where she was, the joke became, maybe she’s cooking the pizza! After leaving, we also thought about how we just purchased an oversized lasagna that we literally ate three slices out of and paid 77 dollars for it because, again, it was a terrible waitress. Most often, we’ve had a waitress look at a specialty pizza and then add the cost of our additional toppings, well, not Brenda. Brenda offered poor customer service and charged us for each topping, this expensive nasty pizza which tasted like a combined salt factory because the olives were loaded on so heavy and traditional sauce wasn’t added as requested now was that on observed on the bill. First time and last time experience here, if we’re in Florida or any other location! And with the nasty pizza being our focus, we didn’t see that 3% surcharge was automatically added to the bill. This would have definitely been removed if identified that day. We left here dissatisfied, and if you visit here, please ask questions!
