I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr. Cruz. I am writing this review because I want others to have the best care possible. I immediately felt welcomed by the atmosphere, those at the front desk, the smile from the pharmacist, the cup of water in the waiting room. Everything was welcoming. When I was called up for my visit the experience was just as welcoming. The physicians assistance was wonderful! She asked all the necessary questions but there was something that told me that she genuinely cared about patients. Dr. Cruz, not only took the time to get to know me, he gave me his professional thoughts on my suggestions for my care and my lifestyle. Previously, my primary care provider treated me for 8 years. We developed the relationship over time and I believed in her care. When I saw Dr. Cruz, I felt that this relationship has the same opportunity! If you are looking for a new provider, I encourage you give My Doctor Medical Group a call.
I am a new patient here due to having to change primary care because my pcp office no longer took my insurance. This office is absolutely amazing. The staff is efficient, helpful and friendly. Dr. Cruz is welcoming and really took his time to listen. I have many appt with pcp and specialists offices and this by far is overall the best experience from the time you call in to make the appointment through the end of the appointment. Keep up the good work team!
This facility is absolutely amazing. Dr Mario Garcia is very efficient and extremely caring and very knowledgeable and helpful. His office staff one in particular is Yuri who always goes above and beyond for anything I need taken care of. He’s absolutely amazing. Always concerned and very attentive to my needs for my uncle. I highly recommend them
