Dr Latimer was amazing and extremely personable. It is so hard to find good doctors these days and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients . I was extremely nervous but within minutes she made me feel comfortable . I am so happy that I found her , I feel like I hit the jackpot . I went home and told my husband about my experience that he wanted to book an appointment for her as his PCP .
Dr. Diasti is a very knowledgeable and proficient doctor. He spends extra time with you on initial visits as well as follow ups. He thoroughly goes over your health concerns and has an organized plan for your treatment and testing. No stone unturned would be a good analogy when it comes to your testing. David G.
Yesterday 3/14/25, I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Sam Diasti, whom was filling in for my actual PCP, Cheryl Reed. This proved to be a blessing in disguise!
Unlike Dr. Reed, I must say Dr. Sam Diasti was very friendly (greeted me with a smile and handshake), attentive, patient, and showed sincere concern when it came to my healthcare needs. I found him very easy to talk to, and he actually took the time to listen to me. He was not judgemental and did not try to chastise or talk down to me, as if I were a child.
Dr. Sam Diasti treated me like a Human Being, instead of being Cold and Dismissive.
Some Physicians (Dr. Reed) could stand to take some lessons from Dr. Sam Diasti on how to be a bit more kind, and understanding towards their patients. Also, the Female Nurse (I’m sorry I did not catch her name) assisting him was very nice, and professional as well.
As a result, I asked Dr. Diasti to become my new Primary Care Provider, and he seemed pleased to accept.
After my visit with Dr. Sam Diasti, I left the office feeling like someone truly cared about my health and overall well being.
Although I had to go to the Doctor on my Birthday, I viewed this visit as the gift that will keep on giving!
Word of advice to all Women that may not necessarily want a Male PCP, please do not allow that to deter you. Believe it or not, sometimes Male Doctors can be more sensitive and have softer hearts than Female Doctors. I was pleasantly surprised! Please give them a chance.
If anyone, Male or Female, is seeking a great Primary Care Provider, I strongly urge you to choose Dr. Sam Diasti at Pinnacle Health Group!
I needed unexpected help and advice and Dr Latimer was able to work me in, in just a few days. She gave me the help and information I needed. The staff is so nice and pleasant. I am very grateful to Dr Latimer and the staff at Pinnacle.
