I’ve been to this office for over 4 years and all was good until they switched physicians and check in staff. The clerk who checks in is just rude and dismissive. She makes it seem her only objective is get money. She was also too lazy to figure out insurance issues and told me I had to pay full price because she does have time to deal with my insurance.
I’m recovering from open heart surgery and the last physician I saw was an older man who dismissed majority of my concerns and wasn’t listening to me as a patient. Tho there is staff there that I like, the new staff has made this place seem like a money grab and it’s not worth your time.
Btw I have never seen Dr. Bireddy in the 4 years I’ve been there. It’s a shotgun clinic of bouncing nurses. Quick CLINIC, not the best place for primary care. I will never return there.
Been a patient for over 1 year and I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences. Office staff is not helpful, medical staff is always someone different, overall horrible quality. Coming from a medical provider, I’m honestly ashamed of the care they provide.
Adriana at the front desk was very helpful and made the process very easy. One of the nicest clinics I have been to.
Everyone here is so sweet and welcoming! I highly recommend coming here if you want a kind doctor who will take care of everything you need!
I had a visit at this office and the experience was great. Providers actually listened to me. Staff is happy, friendly, and professional !
