I am a first time patient here with Dr Benjamin Gubernick. First of all, it was easy to make an appointment and send X-rays from previous dentist to Flex Dental. I had the pleasure of interacting with the receptionist, Lily, who was very efficient. Dr Benjamin Gubernick was extremely cordial in our first interaction before he started examining me. Gave me the appropriate advice for brushing my teeth after looking through my mouth and teeth. Very diligent and thorough examination.
Then the dental hygienist, Sharon, cleaned my teeth well and I was out there in 45 minutes.
Great experience and I would recommend Dr Gubernick to anyone. What a pleasure to see an honest dental office in the area.
New to the area, and was going to sage dental prior, i transferred my info from sage dental in Sarasota to Tampa. I had a really bad experience with sage dental in Tampa. I didn’t finish out my appointment with them, I immediately called around places in the area, for an appointment, and landed with Flex dental. From the 1st interaction over the phone to my recent appointment today, everything was awesome! They didn’t try to scam me, with unexpected charges. They were very professional! The hygienist was so gentle! There were no language barriers! Flex dental is the place to go if you want to feel appreciated as a customer!
Dentist is great and caring. The front office is kind and very helpful. They got me in same day and fixed my problem within that same appointment. Definitely will continue to go to this office.
