First time patient. Saw Dr. Rinker. I did not get a complete body exam like I have gotten in other dermatologist office. It was routine at other derm. offices.Dr was only focused on a spot that I had mentioned. Felt like I was being rushed. After looking at the spot I mentioned she was ready to leave the room. I stopped her and asked her if she could at least check my scalp and also if she could at least check my back since I cant see if I have any spots there. She consented but I felt I was bothering her by asking. Definitely WILL NOT RETURN. The visit was less than 10 minutes, felt rushed, not a complete derm. check, and a quick $175 for them. I loose, they win $$. The front office ladies and the nice nurse that took me back were wonderful.
The Dr and staff are amazing!! Billing is a different story. They will not have my receipt ready for 2 days they say. I have no idea what I paid for yesterday. The only receipt they had was my visa charge.
They were able to accommodate me and squeeze me in the next day as a new patient. Clean office, friendly staff and easy check in process! Dr. Rinker was great and had some of the best skin I’ve ever seen. I immediately felt confident in her abilities. I’d totally recommend this place to anyone.
I have absolutely loved this office and seeing Shaina. They were able to accommodate me for an urgent matter, same day even as a new patient. Their office is beautiful, friendly staff and almost no wait time at every appointment. Highly recommend!
