I was going to another dermatologist but who did not feel safe and comfortable, they indicated me the Academic Alliance in Dermatology Which is at Memorial. It was the best thing I did, the place is clean, the staff very kind and friendly. I’m so happy to have found Dr. Barbulescu, she is an amazing professional, attentive and detailed. Now feel safe to take care of my skin signs.
Suffered with some form of scalp condition as far back as I can remember. I couldn’t wear styles for more than a few days without some sort of scalp condition. Seen her in September and have NOT had ANY scalp/hair conditions since.
Dr. Chauncey Barbulescu (dermatology) Thank you for not only being extremely knowledgeable, clearing up (and improving) my scalp/hair condition, helping/advising me on skin pigmentation, etc…, but also for your mannerism and honesty.
Dr’s sometimes forget that they’re assisting actual humans. A Dr’s (or medical providers) DELIVERY, kindness, authenticity, HONESTY, and ability to EDUCATE their patient(s) (individually) plays a major role in a treatment plan.

I have been going to the countryside office of Academic Alliance in Dermatology for several years now, and have always been completely satisfied with the professionalism of their entire staff.
Bad service! I was waiting for medication and they phone is not answering and I go there, they give me business card and that phone is not working and no email on business card. I’ve been there 5 times and tired with them. All visits before was good but last one crazy…
Best staff and treatment!!!! My family all go here. Highly recommend them.
