The entire staff is friendly and caring. My appointment’s have always been on time, very thorough and they generally seem to want to help. I actually switched to Dr. Delgado‘s office ( once my insurance allowed it) due to an emergency room visit. I had been seeing another office and had been complaining of pain for over 2 years. It eventually sent me to the ER, He was on duty that night and was the one who finally listened to me and was able find out what’s going on. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I have also been meeting with his NP Claudia Fuentes she is wonderful. If you’re having any type of gastro issue, I highly recommend his office staff.
NP Fuentes is wonderful, take the time to listen to your medical concerns. Very knowledgeable.
Kenny from Check Out is great, accommodate well the procedure schedule. Ms. Carmona- office lead solves problems very quickly is any. Sofia- medical assistant awesome, great smile. All the girls at the front very attentive. Good experience!!!!!
I have been with Dr Delgado for well over 25 years. I also have seen Claudia for several years. They are very caring and knowledgeable. I deal with a complicated GI disease but it does make me feel a little less anxious because they understand what is going on, plus they listen. The office staff and nurses are all very nice and caring as well.
Everyone at this facility is super nice, professional, polite and informative. You’re treated like family. Dr. Delgado is one of a kind he’s the best doctor ever. He truly cares for you, your health and wellbeing. You’re greeted with a smile and kindness everyone there knows you personally. Elizabeth, Kathleen the nurse practitioner Claudia and last but not least Kenny all work as one. Not many can say they enjoy going to their doctors office but I do.
Very professional and efficient. Appointment was streamlined. Elizabeth took a very detailed medical history and Kenny went to great lengths to explain upcoming procedure. Not the rushed feeling you get at some doctors office. All questions answered. 5 Stars for sure! Thank you
