Nathalie Aquino deserves a big shout out. After going in circles for days I was transferred to her who finally addressed my needs promptly and efficiently. Highly commend her for her efficiency and customer service skills!!!!!
I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Yoon Nofsinger is the worst excuse of a doctor I’ve ever met. Can even say met, she came into the room & sat down & asked me “ok what do you need”. She gave me no answers. Her medical assistant Stephanie was nice but I’ve been trying to get a hold of her for a month now due to billing issues that apparently only she can fix. Quest Diagnostics has also tried to get a hold of her with no luck. Save yourself money & do not go here.
I saw Dr. Poynter and he was very thorough with his evaluation. I also appreciated the office staff in particular Tiffany. She made me feel at ease about the whole process and was super empathetic and personable. This visit was a 10/10
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Pierre Musy. I would not recommend him, especially for pediatric care. I felt the doctor lacked patience and attentiveness when dealing with my child. I believe these are crucial qualities for any physician, particularly when treating children
Staff is very professional and helped me to have my Inspire implanted in a difficult timeframe seamlessly. I am very pleased with the care provided to me by Dr Musy.
