I have been a patient of Dr. Scotch since 2014 and have received nothing but outstanding care from him and his staff. He is always caring, compassionate, and professional, and is an extraordinary communicator about options and solutions. Never ever rushes you out the door. The same is true for his PA/APRN, Chris and Bing and the nurse’s station. If you have to leave them a message, they get back with you in a timely manner and provide assistance. Just a wonderful office all around and can’t imagine ever seeking a different ENT option. Highly recommend!
As a healthcare provider myself, I was very impressed with Dr.Scotch and his staff! I visited with 2 of my children who both received outstanding care! Dr. Scotch is compassionate, knowledgeable, and communicative. He made my children feel comfortable and was sure that we understood all of his clinical findings and recommendations. The staff is professional, caring and efficient. The offices (both in Trinity and Wesley Chapel) are beautiful, clean and welcoming. Wait times are minimal, and appointments are thorough. Five stars for this exceptional practice and overall patient experience!
I have been seeing Dr. Scotch for a couple years. Each time I make a visit to his office he displays compassion, no matter the concern. He is very professional but still has a sweet demeanor and bedside manner. He always explains things in detail, answers each question all while making me feel heard, not rushed. He is always accompanied by someone who takes very thorough notes so he can focus all of his attention toward his patient but still have every detail of the appointment well documented. He’s an expert in the field and it shows.
All of his staff deserve kudos, too! Each of them have always been equally helpful, kind, respectful and pleasant.

I’m not sure what happened to this office after my first 2-3 visits?? I started agoing here for an issue that I had with ringing inmy ears. The first 2 appointments were with the doctor, a smile and promise of they would find out what was causing it. 4-5 visits later and an MRI and they started to push me toawrads hearing aids and their allergy relief program. After those first few appointments, I never saw the doctor again, it was always the P.A. and as soon as I decided to explore the hearing aids and started their allergy relief program, all of a sudden, noon ecared about the ringing in my ears, the front desk personell changed every time I came in and it was unprofessional, no one out front was really versed in office procedure and everythinbg from paying a bill to getting prescriptions wasa chore and the fact that they ate breakfast while they took care of customers was odd, if I wanted a bacon, egg and gouda I would have stopped at Starbucks and not received it on my receipt while paying for services. The last straw was being over charged and told 3 different stories of how my allergy relief payments were supposed to work. This office is 2-3 businesses in one practice, be careful of how you proceed here. The doctor was very kind and seemed knowledgable, but the unprofessionalism that occurs in every other facet of this practice is too much to ignore or forget. A lot of money spent for absolutely no positive outcome.
