Dr Paul Ulrich with Florida Orthopedic Institute saw me for my knee. He was very professional, courteous & has a comforting demeanor which helped me stay calm when I got a shot in my knee, which was scary because it was new to me. Also, he explained my injury so I understood what was going on. He is a great doctor & most the staff seemed helpful. I will continue to go to this doctor. Thank you!
Staff was courteous, respectful, friendly and polite. The process before seeing the doctor was quick. Dr Bernasek was very polite and respectful. He explained using a picture of my problem in terms that I could understand. Very nice doctor and would recommend him always.
I was seen by the Fellow, a wonderful doctor with a very kind demeanor. He listened and understood all of my concerns. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and kind.
