My first visit here was this week with a very last minute appointment… they took very good care of me. getting me in to see a doctor fast and also knowing exactly how to help with my situation. Everyone there was very nice and helpful… would highly recommend.
Every interaction I had at the clinic was excellent. From the supportive check-in process, to Mariah who did my intake testing, to Dr Nogales – everyone was kind, efficient, warm, and explained the process and what they were doing at each step. All of this despite being one of the busiest waiting rooms I’ve seen at any doctor’s office! I observed many friendly interactions with other staff and patients as well. I’d highly recommend this office to anyone of my friends or family and am glad to have found them.
The front desk staff was very efficient in scheduling my appointment. My checking in was also met with much efficiency and courtesy. The ophthalmologist especially Dr. Chelsea Hollier and supporting staff were superbly skillful and highly professional in their management and my care. This staff members should be proud of themselves and reflect a highly valuable and quality section of Tampa Eye Clinic.
My Mom, Ms. White, was referred to Tampa Eye Clinic and she was very pleased with Dr. Reynolds. He’s very professional and has great communication skills and bedside manners. My mom who is 88 years old and a retired RN, was very nervous in the beginning. After Dr. Reynolds examined her eyes and explained his diagnosis, she was very pleased! As a retired nurse, she could recognized a good doctor went she see one and he is one of those good doctors!
