The team at YogaSix New Tampa were very professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Beginning with the team members at the front desk. Additionally, Jayme’s session that I have attended was an amazing experience for my first yoga session ever. She took her time to walk us through all the stretches and she supported each participant. I enjoyed the session and I will recommend her to anyone who wants to have a great yoga experience!!
I really liked this studio I feel like it was super clean and well kept. The girl at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating and the instructor Mercedes was great as well. She was super thorough and explained/demonstrated all of the exercises really well I didn’t feel lost at all. The room temp was perfect too, hot but not too too hot. They gave cold towels at the end too which was nice.
The only thing I didn’t love which is what prompted my 4/5 stars, was that the description on class pass said that it was a high up beat environment and to expect “a fun playlist and loud, high energy music throughout” and I didn’t feel like that met my expectation. The music was pretty low, the instructor didn’t even need the microphone in my opinion. I could hear other people around me and the music in my opinion wasn’t super up beat. It was definitely pop-y/trendy songs but I was expecting like super loud fast music to match the tempo of the exercise.
All in all I enjoyed the class and will be coming back for sure I would just love to see music of that speed/volume !
I LOVE taking Restore with Jayme on Wednesday nights. She makes everyone feel welcome no matter where they are in their yoga journey. She is always ready to come and quietly help you through any pose during class. She also makes herself available after class to give you pointers on any position you want to practice. Jayme has such a welcoming, loving personality and has helped me appreciate myself and my yoga journey. I recommend Yoga 6 and Jayme 100%, 10 out of 10!!!
I accidentally booked the wrong class on class pass and they still let me take the class. I live 30 minutes away so it was so kind of them to still let me take the class. Loved the class too. it was a yoga sculpt class with weights it was super challenging but such a good fun workout. Was super sweaty and feeling good by the end. Super clean, gorgeous studio and they even give cold eucalyptus towels at the end of the hot classes. 10/10!!!!!
