Perfect gym for those who want to exercise quietly at their own pace. They have a variety of machines for all muscle groups that are well maintained and enough plates/dumbbells to accommodate beginner to elite. There are also 2 level platforms for Olympic style lifts l a Smith machine, and 2 pulley towers. A smaller gym compared to others in the area, however nothing is missing, and the floor layout flows comfortably. Miss Stephanie and Kevin are also very pleasant and accommodating. They don’t push sales, but if you need a trainer they have them available. Very pleased with this gym.

Owners are infamous for deleting negative reviews which makes you wonder why!? I’m not going to sit here and say that this is the worst gym in America because is not.
Pros:
24/7 access
“Private bathrooms”
After 8pm everyday is really not that bad
Price isn’t bad
That’s as far as the positives go.
Cons:
Gym owners are there everyday single day almost 12hrs a day, they refuse to hire staff to work the front desk not only is that exhausting it shows in their faces. Sometimes they say hi and sometimes they ignore you. They also like to come around and indirectly tell you to put the weights back even when you’re not done working out.
No motivation when it comes to music, outdated 80’s American redneck music. It’s 2024 please update your music. TVs let me not even begin, I love Lucy playing all day with the price is right and football re runs on all TVs. To be honest this place is depressing.
Lights are fluorescent which takes away from your energy and if you want to take nice pics forget about it.
Place isn’t clean often, bathroom has mold and feces on the toilet bowls. Soap dispensers are never filled, garbage is overflowing with dirty garbage. They don’t even have the courtesy of providing shampoo or soap for customers.
Equipment are all bent and damage, I’m actually suffering the consequences of that due to uneven lifting.
Turf area stinks.
All the young people that used to come have left to other cooler gyms. This is more of a senior citizen crowd.
On weekends is a mad house of Asian Chinese dancing academy students, coming in and out of the entrance and little underage girls going into bathrooms that adults use. That’s a problem waiting to happen.
Overall they need to fix a lot of things if they want to see more revenue and a shift for a positive outcome.
Start investing in newer machines
Change the channels
Change the playlist
Hire front desk staff
Appeal to younger crowds
Paint more neutral colors.

This place is the best. They are laid back, open 24 hours and pricing is super fair and straightforward. They have lots of personal trainers who know what they’re talking about too. Here is what I have been able to accomplish in less than 6 months just going to this gym and using their machines and weights.
So quiet the kind of gym I love. It’s open 24 hrs and offers Yoga, Zumba, Stretching, and personal trainers. The personal trainer you can choose female or male.
