I’ve been attending Seriously Strong since February 2025, and it has been a game-changer for me. Joey, my trainer, is amazing! I suffer from lower back pain due to an old injury and was hesitant to lift weights. However, Joey’s expertise and personalized workout routine have significantly strengthened my back and improved my posture in a short time. He is incredibly knowledgeable and makes every session enjoyable, like catching up with an old friend while getting stronger.
Athena, another staff member, is the kindest and sweetest person. She genuinely cares about the members and always ensures the facility is clean and welcoming.
If you’re hesitant about lifting weights due to back pain, I highly recommend Seriously Strong. It’s probably the best thing you can do for your back pain.

Just started as a client in December 2024 and have been training twice a week with Michael. This is one of the best workout gyms and training facilities I’ve joined and am really happy I found them. Athena was great at doing intake with me to understand my goals and baseline all my metrics. She matched me with Michael Yam as my trainer who has been a great choice. I really look forward to a very rigourous and varied workout each time I visit. They even have an app where all the workouts, your progress, and other metrics are tracked for you. The equipment seems really new and very well maintained. And I really like that they have 2 free weekend group classes each month that they invite clients to as this is a fun way to meet new people and try a new fun workout. This place is super approachable it seems for anyone regardless of your fitness level. Keith and his team are super positive and are making a great difference for your clients. Thank you!
My husband and I signed up two months ago and we love Seriously Strong. In just a short amount of time, we have noticed a big difference in how we both physically look and feel. We are learning so much about proper techniques to avoid injury etc. So far so good! Athena has me making progress and feeling great!
