I had the most amazing time today at their introductory class! I am super stoked to take more classes! The class and instructors, made it a super comfortable at you own pace type of class. It gave me self awareness of what my body needs are and weaknesses. They are very welcoming and understanding, they work with your schedule. I absolutely love the staff and what they have created here. A very welcoming, comfortable experience!
I can’t recommend Rumble Boxing enough! The instructors here are absolutely phenomenal—they know how to push you to be the best version of yourself while still making sure you’re having a blast. Every session is an intense calorie-burning workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more energized. The classes are designed to build endurance, strength, and confidence, all while keeping the fun factor high. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Rumble Boxing is the perfect place to challenge yourself, get fit, and enjoy every minute of it!
I have now attended 2 classes at Rumble, both with Mark, and it’s really been a blast!!
The atmosphere is awesome! Low lights, good music, and nice and cool temperature! The two classes that I’ve attended (both on Monday evenings) also weren’t completely full, which is nice!
I have a lot of group fitness experience so I was able to pick up on the format and what’s expected as a participant very quickly, but if you’re new to group fitness and want to get a quick walk-through the space and get an idea of what the workout will be like, just get there at least 10 minutes early and you can chat with the instructor. You can ask to go into the studio with him/her and get a basic walk through of what to expect!
The fact that you wear gloves makes you feel super strong and powerful! I love the aqua bags!
I definitely recommend at least stopping by and taking your first class to see what you think! It’s worth it! Such an enjoyable workout! You burn a ton of calories and the class seriously flies by!
