Friday was my first day working with Coach Vlad, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with his approach. He’s focused on helping me build a good base by helping me with my footwork and defense. While I am new at boxing, it’s clear that he is helping me build a solid base with good fundamentals. This is a long-term journey for me, and something I have decided to commit myself to long-term. I am grateful I found this school and look forward to growing and developing with Coach Vlad.

Coach Vlad is a legit coach, I thought I was in shape just from running here and there and hitting the gym but once I got into this boxing gym I realized there’s levels to this. I highly recommend this place if you want to take yourself or your son to train
