I ordered an 8mm cuban link bracelet, then decided I wanted 9mm. Liry’s updated the order without issue. I received several updates on the progress which is reassuring and builds excitement. This is great service, all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. 9mm, 14k, 55gm, exactly as promised and an exquisite piece. I’m excited for this heirloom! Extremely pleased. Ordered on 1/18/25 received 2/19/25, worth the wait.
My wife ordered a crucifix from Liry’s for me for Christmas. I had one for nearly 20 years and lost it. This was a replacement and it was much better than the original. Custom-made. Liry’s listened to exactly what I wanted, and it was made in less than six weeks. Absolutely phenomenal to work with. They were very easy to communicate with and helped me every step of the way. I would highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Rakel. She was friendly, patient and helpful. The store has a huge inventory and Rakel was more than happy to show me many things. The other sales people were very nice too. I purchased a baby bracelet and she had it personalized in 15 minutes. I found some beautiful pieces for myself that I will be back for! I will be shopping at Lirys for all my jewelry going forward!
First, let me say you will not find a better price on 14k sold gold jewelry anywhere! I honestly don’t know how they do it or why anyone would want to pay more for less at the chain jewelry stores. Second, their customer service is second to none. Mariana P. helped me. I had ordered a necklace and bracelet online, and when they arrived, I knew I wanted to exchange them for a different length. I took them back to the store in Tampa, and Mariana helped me get exactly what I wanted. Like I told her, they have a customer for life, and when asked about my necklace and bracelet, I’m going to tell everyone Liry’s is the only place to go!
Ordered a pair of 7mm “tight link” flat curb bracelets to replace my old flat curbs that I bought from Macy’s a few years ago, and the Liry’s ones were more than double the weight of the old ones! Quality is phenomenal! Also quick to respond with questions I had, definitely recommend Liry’s!
