The staff is very helpful and accommodating! They helped replace a necklace I received as a gift that broke and had a great sale going on and found 2 rings for a good price! I was very thankful they could help me with the necklace!!
Update: The support team did reach out to me, 5 months later, to assure me that it’s being handled and discussed among leadership. I’m glad to hear this, but unfortunately, doesn’t change my 2 star review. For me, a 3 star would indicate that I would at least consider going back, but at this point, I have no reason for my family to return to this store as customers. I certainly do give them kudos for reaching out, so thank you.
My wife went in to purchase a gift for her sister for mother’s day and the manager, whatever her name is, was exceptionally rude to her. Her demeanor and tone were very belittling and it was like pulling teeth to get any help to make this purchase. I’d highly recommend this lady, manager, whatever, take some classes on how to interact with customers. Is it really so hard to be a decent human being?
The service at this KS store is amazing. The staff is great, Johanna has gone above and beyond to help me. If I could rate them a 10 I would. This review is way over due. Thank you for making a difference.
Pretty sure I got lied to for the sake of a sale. I recently went to Disney and inquired there about the Kendra Scott Mickie Mouse earrings- the woman working in Disney told me they were NOT hypoallergenic. When I went to the Tampa store and asked the same question- the sales woman assured me they WERE hypoallergenic. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt since this was an official Kendra Scott store. Well they are not hypoallergenic…my ears are itchy and inflamed. I also told the woman I had cancer so idk why they would lie to me for the sake of a sale. I CANNOT risk an infection from cheap earrings sold at a ridiculous price point. I now wasted $90 and am extremely upset. I hope the woman enjoys her 2% commission off of my purchase that now has me in tears worried I will have an infection from being compromised from chemo.
So this was my second visit in-store my first visit was just ok, nothing impressive. We came for my sister’s 40th birthday it was 3 of us by the way . My sister was so excited and the lady who attended to us at the bar was down to earth and professional , but there were two ladies coming in from the back door “glass” who made it they’re business to continually walk by stare and give us dirty looks , my sister was very excited and just having fun she was happy .I think it was just us in the store , so not interrupting at all. We completed our necklaces and the lady who had been behind the bar assisted us in putting them on and getting our photos . I headed to the counter to pay I noticed I didn’t see the other ladies again. After I paid we looked around in the front I noticed the ladies were guarding the door from the outside , you guessed they profiled us! We smiled and walked out but we caught what they were doing . So word of advise to the owner from a business owner , this type of practice won’t get you far ,if I upload this to TikTok your business will be swarmed with people by lunch time tomorrow. Your jewelry it’s not even real it bubble gum jewelry at best the hype will soon die don’t from teenagers, it is nice to go in and build a piece. But that’s it that’s all not to be harassed for this flimsy necklace. South Tampa is a tough crowd. And I’m sure the rent is killing you , but don’t even profile a black or brown person ever again , or we will take it to the furthest extent!
