Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Service and ATM Issues
Dear Suncoast Credit Union Management,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your branch, as well as the functionality of your ATM machines.
On multiple occasions in the past, I have successfully withdrawn cash from my credit card at your ATMs. However, during my last visit on Thursday , I was inexplicably denied this service. This sudden change in policy or system functionality was not only inconvenient but also embarrassing, given the circumstances under which I needed the cash.
The explanation provided by your staff was inadequate and lacked clarity, leaving me with more questions than answers. This incident reflects poorly on the consistency and reliability of the services you offer.
Moreover, the condition of your ATMs is deplorable. They are not only outdated but also seem to be poorly maintained. The user interface is clunky, often leading to errors, and the overall experience is far below what one would expect from a financial institution in 2025. This not only affects the efficiency of transactions but also the security and trust in using such facilities.
Here are the specific issues I encountered:
1. **Inconsistent Policy Application**: Having been allowed to withdraw from my credit card before, the sudden denial without a clear policy change notification was unexpected and frustrating.
2. **Poor Customer Service**: The staff’s response was unhelpful and did not provide any constructive resolution to my issue.
3. **Outdated and Malfunctioning ATMs**: The machines are slow, often out of service, or fail to perform basic operations reliably.
I am requesting an immediate review of the following:
– The policy regarding cash withdrawals from credit cards to ensure clear communication to all account holders.
