Andrea – The best rep ever she saved me for going to another bank. She helped me when I wanted to give up. My account had a merchant taking money out of my account that I didn’t authorized. She got the over drafted fees cancel and I was able to get my account redone . I appreciate what she did an excellent rep that works not stop until I was satisfied. I will recommend her to help when in need . She’s an excellent excellent rep .
I have been a member at this bank for many years, and they have been consistently wonderful the whole time. Today I had the pleasure of working with Andrea. She was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Everyone I have ever interacted with has been so helpful and kind. It’s just an overall wonderful bank!
The service at this location is superb. The ladies Andrea, & Arelys are excellent at what they do and always have a smile on their face. Their very knowledgeable and takes care of business. Always making sure your comfortable even if there’s a line.
