I called to see if I could get a shuttle from Tampa Airport to Orlando Airport as we had to cancel our flights after waiting in the airport for 48 plus hours. We were in a rush and their team was extremely helpful, sent two cars our way to drive us safely to our destination. Updates were sent to me throughout on when the drivers were to arrive, and when we were to arrive in Orlando and how far apart our parties would be. I would recommend this business to anyone. They helped me during a very stressful time!
TPA Shuttles provided THE best customer service I have ever experienced. Bianca helped me through some delays and help me get to my hotel after I realized I had booked the drop off location incorrectly. I so appreciate the care taken with all the staff, but Bianca truly went above and beyond
Felt very scammed! This is NOT a shuttle service… it is a glorified uber! I went this route because I didn’t want to uber my daughter a long distance. I could have ubered her for less money AND she would have been dropped off at home! This is a very misleading website so beware! You are just getting a glorified uber for more money!
I’ve used them on two separate occasions. The first when I got stranded In TPA airport and needed to get to Orlando to catch my rescheduled flight to get back home and the second just recently to get to my hotel form the airport. The staff was super knowledgable and even suggested great places for me to grab dinner! I couldn’t have had a better experience

Over the period of four weeks, I called and spoke with Bianca each time to make my reservations.
I have terrible dyslexia and kept getting dates and times and airlines and hotels confused. Never once did she say anything, but not to worry everything will be fine.
She was calming professional With a great personality.
I booked four trips with them coming from Tampa to Saint Pete to the cruise line to Tampa. They were fabulous highly highly recommend.
