Bryan was amazing! We were traveling with an infant and a toddler so we were a little frazzled and travel-weary getting off the plane and Bryan was waiting for us at our baggage claim. He helped us get our bags and made it so seamless getting to the car (where the car seats were already perfectly installed!) and it was such a smooth and relaxing drive to our destination.
