Refuse to clean up rat droppings in a house with 2 young children and 2 immuno compromised people, don’t call before arriving , and left food trash in trash can without a trash bag clearly for yard trash. Most unprofessional pest control company I’ve ever encountered. Save your money so many other places that will take your money and do a much better job. The picture I’m posting is after they came and did their jobs and left all the fun rat droppings because it makes the rats more comfortable regardless of whether or not it makes my family sick.

John Mitchell consistently gives excellent customer service. He is meticulous and capable of identifying and resolving any existing or potential pest problems. He is highly professional and coordinates with us on the day and time of our upcoming service.
Morris did a great job as usual. He even got the cobwebs. Since Florida Pest Control has been doing my regular service I have had no problems with ants or bugs of any kind. Well worth a monthly contract.
