Yulio came out and we discussed replacing drain pipes. He gave me a quote of 20,382 for completed work. His men came out and worked for 2 straight days until 9 pm Saturday evening. They installed an Ada pressurized toilet which had been painful for me to use. The other toilet can’t be replaced until they pour concrete. He did say the price might go up depending on what they had to do. He told me he couldn’t return the toilet and I explained it was painful to use. He came this morning at 10 am to discuss me signing papers for the additional work. I informed him I would not sign anything until the concrete was poured and the toilet replaced. He wanted me to pay the balance for the work completed but I explained that the the work was not complete and I wouldn’t sign anything or pay anything until it was done properly. He said the additional charge would be another $8,000 for what they had to do. I told him that was unacceptable. He told me that it was now in his managers hands and I asked him to leave my home. I have not heard back from management and I am using a toilet that is painful to use. I find this totally unacceptable! I will post pictures of the unfinished work
Veronica was outstanding during our numerous phone conversations concerning the installing of my Drywall electrical services And Plumbing.
