The best people I could have called!! They were all super nice and professional. They fixed my washer within a week because GE had to send them this specific board. Wayne was a very nice man he called me when he was on his way and was very accurate knowing the time he would be there. He took his time even though he had an idea of what it was he still took the time to test it to make sure that it was my board. They kept me updated throughout the tracking of my part, and they were very understanding with my schedule. They are possibly the nicest company I’ve dealt with and the customer service was FANTASTIC!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and every one!!!
After doing my research about a appliance repair company I decided to use “A Same Day Appliance Repair”. The first interaction with the technician Kenny went great. He quoted to replace the defrost system including a couple parts that needed to be replaced which was completely acceptable. The parts came in quickly, he came out on 12/27/22 to install the order parts. I was satisfied with the service. Kenny said he was 100% sure that the defrost system was the issue as to why my fridge freezing up. 3 weeks later my fridge went back to having the same issues I originally called for. Kenny came back out on 2/14. He spent over 6 hours working on the fridge and said the only other issue he could think of was to replace the control board. I asked would this be cost on the company due to the wrong decision made in the beginning or would we have to be responsible for it. He told my husband and I that it would be on the company because he made the wrong decision in the beginning. He came out today, now says he doesn’t think it needs a control board and it seems to be working. He told me that it was up to us if we wanted to replace the control board, but than changed his mind when we asked what happens in a month when it freezes up again. He said they would still honor the work. Well long story short. He left, no control board replaced, I only am receiving a $160 refund and my fridge still is not fix. They made money on wasting my time and not doing there job. So if you want to be scammed out of your money and not get your appliance fixed then this company is the right choice.
This company may not always be able to come out same day, but they are worth the wait. Wayne and Natalie are very knowledgeable and thorough. They are kind, considerate, and clean – all very important during this pandemic. Wayne explains all the parts, the cause and effects and does not try to sell you on the most expensive fix while also being clear about your options and giving his professional advice. I will continue to use this company again and again – you should too!
Great service! Wayne came out the same day I called to check my dryer. I thought it was the heater that needed to be replaced but turns out it was the timer. My husband and I decided to go ahead and repair it. Wayne came out again, repaired the timer and noticed a noise. He went and checked the belt on the dryer and replaced that too. He was very nice, professional and price was fair. Will definitely do business again when needed.
After having issues with our dryer not heating up, we decided to call A Same Day Appliance Repair. I spoke with Tammy on the phone and she was vey helpful with answering all of my questions. She worked around my work schedule and sent Taylor out immediately. He told me that it was the heating element and had to order the part. He told me it was going to be 3 to 5 business days and it was here in 4. He came out the same day and installed it. My dryer is like brand new. The customer service with this company is so awesome I would recommend them to anyone.
