From start to finish, our primary contact, John Martin, was an absolute standout. He anticipated every need, was always “on it” when anything required attention, and consistently checked-in to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. Honestly, he’s one of the best project managers we’ve ever worked with! The entire team, including Eric Larsen, Elicia, and Cathy, was professional, responsive, and always available when needed.
Our project included a full pool renovation: new Pebble Tec, waterline tile, travertine decking, a new sun shelf, all-new pool equipment (switching from chlorine to salt), Nebula lighting, and a stunning panoramic screen enclosure. The final result is everything we dreamed of!

Any construction-related issues were quickly addressed, and they managed the permitting process seamlessly, making the entire experience stress-free. Reid made himself available to us and did an excellent job managing the project, answering questions, and helping us pass inspections. Even though it’s a long process from start to finish, we’re so happy that Larsen’s Pool has done building a beautiful pool to enjoy Florida outdoor. Julie the designer helped design an awesome pool with all spectacular features that we can spend hours outside. Can’t have the super pool without the super blue prints. Elicia and Molly at the office took care of all necessary procedures and paperwork. It’s an ease to get through the finance steps. The crews did amazing jobs finishing the construction phases correctly and on time. Well the last step before inspection took a little long but it’s done. Larsen’s would be the best with more communication and prompt responses.
We had an amazing experience with Larsen pools! I waited over a year to write my review, just to make sure that I was still happy – and we couldn’t be happier. From the initial design with Dan, our project manager, Reid, the office staff and a personal call with the owner Eric – we had a great experience all along the way. We even got some visits from Eric’s dad during the build just to make sure everything was up to high standards. I had an issue with my heater and even one year later they had someone out within 24 hours. (Turns out the issue was my error BTW). I would strongly recommend Larsen Pools. Once our permits were done, the process moved very quickly. I think we only had one week were there wasn’t some progress on the pool. Eric will tell you that they are bit more expensive than other builders, but it has been worth every penny.
