Cameron arrived during the allotted time. He was very pleasant and and professional. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He explained in simple detail his what he was doing. We received very friendly and excellent service. After having service done I am having a lot of buyers remorse. My technician was very knowledgeable when troubleshooting the issue my garage door was having. Once we found out the issue they then started listed all these other components that were also impacted. It quickly jumped from a $500 fix to a $2,500 repair. When in fact one part was the culprit they listed 7 things that were wrong with my 3 year old garage when in reality only one piece actually needed to be replaced. In the moment I was ignorant and stupid, agreed to all the repairs when I should not have. Having a lot of buyers remorse and feel like I paid for unnecessary repairs. Very friendly service, just felt like I was taking advantage of and had a bunch of parts on my garage replaced that actually did not need replacing. For how much I paid, that job was done way too quickly. Feels like parts are overpriced to cover commissions.
Precis garage door is very quick and responsive to calls. Same day service is awesome. Wayne Madore installed a new belt drive garage door opener that we purchased on our own, that would have been above my pay grade to do myself. He did a great job in only an hour and a half that would have taken me all day and just be a pain to do. Well worth the $500.
