On September 26th, my dad’s house was hit by Hurricane Helene. Mark and Jenny and Floor Coverings International came in with expert knowledge, guidance and experience. They turned a rough concrete slate into stunning wood floors with beautiful carpeted bedrooms! I am beyond pleased with their service, assistance and work. They are professional, but caring. They got the job done in a timely manner and kept us informed every step of the way! I couldn’t recommend them enough! If you need your floors done right, they got you covered!
I had a great experience with FCI from the pricing (which beat out 3 others I compared them too) and their sales, communication and installing teams are a cut above. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for my next job or recommend them to a friend. I absolutely love my new carpet and vinyl flooring! I feel like I live in a whole new home!!!
