Extremely happy with the quality of his work.
One time we had a customer living and iron on on top of the laminate floor leaving a black burn spot of the iron. We called Mr Fred and he was able to repair it and look like nothing ever happened by replacing the laminate plank. He is our go-to guy every time somebody damages the floors of the properties we manage. And he also installed the waterproof flooring in my personal house over 5 years ago and they still look as good as the day that he installed them. We have never had any issues. We recommend him to anybody who’s looking into getting waterproof floors or any type of remodelation inside the house…
Fred and his team were amazing! We had some hardwood floor damage (deep scratches) that were done by movers. When we found out our flooring was discontinued, we only had 10 planks left to work with from the original installation over 10 years ago. When many companies said the only option was to refloor the entire room, Fred came in and saved the day with his skill and was able to use the existing planks we had and repair the floor! He was extremely educational when he came out to give us the quote, explaining his process and showing examples of his work. He noticed some of the planks we had weren’t even full length and he made custom cuts in the floor to fit what we had left to replace the damaged parts. You would not even know now that repairs were done. They have a customer for life! Fred and his team were professional, timely, and we’re able to schedule the repairs so quickly for us! 10/10!
