Mehdi and his team helped transformed my house into a home! I am so grateful for going with this company, they saved me from making the mistake of going with a contractor who wanted to place LVP over glued down bamboo that would have not only caused moisture issues in the future but also preclude me from the lifetime flooring warrantee. Even with delays and issues along the way Mehdi was easy to reach and communicate with and is an excellent problem solver. They were able to accommodate my circumstances and kept me informed. Highly recommend for flooring and bathroom remodels.
Step up is absolutely our go-to team for remodeling. We had a big project- over 4000 sqft with 5 bathrooms and a full kitchen remodel. Step Up was top notch in every way- great communication, reasonable prices and willing to be flexible and work with us on things, great craftsmanship, and were quick with timelines. I had a very specific design and aesthetic that I wanted and they were flexible, they offered their own suggestions but also allowed me to make the final decisions. Everyone from the leadership and the crews were great to work with. I’m so glad we chose them for the job. We are looking forward to working with them again and again in the future. You know a company is great when you would recommend them to your own family and friends, and Step Up is just that! More photos of the home to come as we add finishing touches.
I have worked with step up home improvements on many projects now. Every time they do a great job and make things much easier for me. Their prices are very reasonable and they can be a one stop shop for so many different projects, and they even carry flooring materials and other materials in stock which is very helpful. I referred them to many friends of mine and I just had them complete another Flooring project in both units at a duplex and everything looks great. Definitely can’t recommend them enough.
Step Up’s team was amazing from start to finish. Mehdi was responsive and very helpful. He was able to schedule around our needs even when the guys had to come back out after one of our cabinets arrived damaged and we had to order a new one. Our kitchen remodel looks amazing.
