I purchased my first small solar system from Tampa Bay Solar in 2019 to offset our electrical costs, halving our monthly bill. As both kwh and non-kwh based rates continued to increase, it became apparent we needed a larger system. Just as I was in the planning stage for this addition, we were without power for 5 days as a result of Hurricane Milton. This made a whole-house system logical for the upgrade. It was a big project to incorporate an existing system into a new whole-house solution, but Tampa Bay Solar made it happen with minimum downtime and problems. Special thanks to the entire TBS crew and especially the on-site supervisor, Fanez who went above and beyond to make the transition as seamless as possible. I had Tampa Bay solar place my power wall after Tesla decided that my project was too complicated for them.
TBS did a great job they were able to get me in in a timely manner. They were prompt and very professional. The project ran a few days over schedule but they were there and handled all the problems without any issues or addional charges .
They did a great job with the install and informing us about the system. Our lead person Mr. Paterson was excellent very knowledgeable and very attentive to details. I would highly recommend The company.
We originally got our panels fromTBS and had a great experience with them so when we needed our roof fixed we had to get the pool solar panels taken off! Today Fanez & Josh came and went above and beyond their job! Did a great job taking them back off and communicating with me the whole time and they even went ahead and cleaned out my gutters and roof since it’s been a short time since a hurricane! Definitely recommend them!!! Great crew and super nice guys!!!
We had Tampa. Bay Solar out to take down our solar for a roof replacement. The crew included James, Josh, Daniel and Fino. The were fantastic and went above and beyond for customer service. Highly recommend this company for all your solar needs.
