Awesome place love the staff very helpful. Customer service is A1. Geoff was awesome when it came down to answering questions and helping us figure out what product we need.
We have been using Doodie Calls portable toilets since 2022 for job sites ranging from Anna Maria island to Port Charlotte, Florida. We have been very pleased with consistent weekly maintenance provided even when we only have one unit at a time. The units are clean and well stocked with TP, which is hard to find. The ordering process is as simple as sending an email and receiving a confirmation with an estimated delivery timeframe in return. Email notifications are also sent when service is provided. Delivery drivers have always been friendly and professional on our job sites.
One of the staff at Doodie Calls backed up to my new mail box at my new home in August 2024 and damaged it beyond repair. Not only that but the person threw the mailbox onto the freshly laid sod I had paid for. You can also see the location of where the toilet was because it killed my new grass there, too. After my builder reached out to this company, Mr. Jacob Berry responded and asked me for copies of receipts since I had to replace both the mailbox, post and also buy cement. Mr. Berry told me, via text messages and emails, that he would come out and reimburse me for both the cost to replace my mailbox and would also replace the dead grass. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have not heard a peep out of Mr. Berry or the company. Consequently, based on my experience, please be careful when dealing with this company.

I was not sure how to edit this review since I have never posted a bad review on Google. However, I really wanted to happily report that the owner, Mr. Jeff Simmons, personally called me this morning to make amends for my bad experience.
I let him know that I really appreciated he took the time to personally follow up with me and make things right. Like I told him, he has reaffirmed my faith in humanity. 🙂

Your restroom trailers are an amazing alternative to your standard “porta potty”. The young lady named Ashley they had working during the ENCL Florida soccer games is very attentive, kind and passionate about making sure the restrooms we have to use are clean. So much so, I made it a point to ask her what her name was when I saw she was there this weekend as well. The gentleman, Daniel, that drives the truck for your company is also very pleasant! And his porta potties throughout the fields are always spotless when I see him pull away!!
During the ECNL Boys games, on the weekend of January 4-6 they had a young man working the trailer one of the days that was downright rude and could care less about cleanliness. Thankfully you were able to see that as well since Ashley was there again this weekend (January 11-13) Thanks for listening to my ranting. Keep up the good work Doodie Calls!!
