I gave them two stars because they did a good job with the fence however, they left very long nails without buffing them down which makes it extremely dangerous to anybody who’s playing outside and we have a dog. They also left pieces of wood with sharp nails hanging out and they haven’t picked it up. I’ve been trying to get them to fix this for over a month now. I don’t think it should take this long and my dog could’ve gotten severely injured because she runs around chasing squirrels. I need this resolved and I need it done now. I never usually leave negative comments but this is unbelievable. I was told they would get it done and have someone out here many times I was actually expecting this done today again, but nobody came.
Marty installed my fence 2 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. Hurricaine Milton knocked down a few parts. I emailed Marty on Friday (the storm was wed/thurs), by Sat morning my fence was completely repaired! I recommend Good Looking fence without reservation, they are kind, efficient, excellent at their craft and just good people. HIGHLY recommended!
Good Looking Fence is a top-notch company in every way. They take pride in their work and their level of professionalism is above and beyond. I very much appreciated their attention to detail and quality workmanship – which are evident in the beautiful finished gate and fence. Worst company ever!! This is what your fence will look like after 3 years, completely falling apart and rotting. We would be fine if they offered to repairit but after calling them a ton of times with no response, they came out and said they chose the wrong type of wood. But won’t repair it or replace it. Won’t answer our calls anymore. Don’t risk such an expensive project on a company like this, who doesn’t stand by their work. I get it if the fence was old. Our neighbors fence is 10 years older and totally fine.
We had the pleasure of working with Rebecca with Good Looking Fence. She installed the fence between our backyard and our neighbors. They were easy to work with and were able to split the cost with our neighbor without issue. The fence looks really good so far!
