I never write bad reviews or say anything negative about anyone, but my experience was so bad that I would be doing everyone a disservice if I didn’t mention it. I had a very minor leak in a valve under my sink. The rep came out and was very nice but said it would be $500 to replace the valve. As someone in the real estate profession I know that price is grossly above market and the fact that they charge $90 to come out and give a ridiculous quote doesn’t feel right. I would only call this company if you like wasting money or really enjoy overpaying
You should do whatever you can to keep Javier and maybe get him to train others or apprentices you bring on the team. He explained the issues and the solutions in detail – in words I can understand. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I will always be asking for him when I need work from Joe Cool. Thanks!
Joey took the time to really explain everything in full detail and educated my husband and I on the full process. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installation manager was very attentive to his crew and the crew did such a fantastic job! It was a great experience. The whole entire team was fabulous!! I highly recommend this company!! They exceeded our expectations!!!
