Steve and Innovated Technology did a phenomenal job at my house. We had a four zone system, 7.1 surround, and exterior speakers installed. My only regret is that I didn’t have this done sooner.
Steve and his crew were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had to rely on Steve’s judgment for several of the system components and couldn’t be happier with how everything came out. The controls are easy to use, the speakers he sold us sound fantastic, and everything works as it should. All that, and Innovated Technology was still less expensive than several of the other companies I had give me quotes.
As someone who was initially on the fence about such a big purchase, I’d suggest at the very least giving them a call. Steve came out right away to walk us through his solution for our needs. He helped us understand that what we needed was much more doable than others had indicated. Again, we couldn’t be happier with the result. The surround sound lights up the whole house and makes football games sound and feel like you are there.

Can’t say enough great things about this company and its sales and service professionals. We used ION during the construction of a new home. They listened to our needs (and ALL of my questions – admittedly, I’m not the most tech-savvy person) and presented a fair and detailed proposal. Installation went great. They are always on time, courteous and thorough. Two small follow-up items were taken care of immediately. Steve, Chris and the other ION team members take pride in their work and it shows.
Working with innovative technologies has been an absolute pleasure. They are extremely professional, reliable, and all-around exceptional. They have provided me with the highest quality of service and customer support. They completely wired and installed our entire house from sound system to home security cameras to TV and home theater installation. They were immaculate in their installation and precision. I fully, without hesitation, recommend working with innovative technologies for anyone considering high end audio/visual installations!
