The Paradise team is great! They have always done great work for us and at a fair price. You can trust them to do a good job and get it right the first time. We appreciate their communication, they show up on time and deliver a quality product with first class service.
Paradise was involved with setting up the system for the home we purchased. We wanted to make changes and upgrades. Ryan came out and made recommendations and suggestions that worked out very well for us.

We wanted to get the original speaker system operational throughout the house , as well as replace the outdated controls. Sean came out to evaluate the project and we received a quote from Ryan the same day. He expertly answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable that we were getting the best solution for the results we wanted. Sean was such a professional and was able to fix the unexpected issues that can come up with an older system. Everything is working perfectly now and we could not be happier with the job they did.
When I needed help for my elderly parents in Tampa, I reached out to Ryan and his amazing team. On a Friday afternoon, in need of immediate help (due to Best Buy’s repeated failures), Ryan answered the call (literally and figuratively) for help. He sent Sean to my parents’ house and assisted them in setting up a whole home mesh network, connecting numerous devices, and helping them set up a new smart television. The next day, a weather system knocked the network offline and Sean was quick to come back out to make sure that they were taken care of.
Doing a service that you’re paid to do is one thing; doing it in a first-class manner and treating customers with respect is something altogether different. Ryan and his team do this.
If you’re in need of home networking or smart home improvement, repair, or integration in the Tampa Bay Area, look no farther than Paradise Systems. Timely. Respectful. Professional. Knowledgeable.
I would NOT recommend this company. I hired them to complete a home office set-up (monitor, lighting, speaker/mic, wiring and screen). Ryan initially stated that he should be able to have everything completed within a couple of weeks, back in September. (writing this review 3 months later) I had to reach out to him multiple times to get part of the equipment installed while we waited for the rest. To date, I am still waiting on the rest of the equipment to be installed, some of which he has already been paid for as that was part of the terms of the contract. We have reached out to him multiple times through multiple channels at this point with no response.
