Easy Living with Technology fits that description on all counts. I first had the opportunity to work with Easy Living over 10 years ago when I renovated my home and needed to install a system that would provide me with the quality and simplicity I wanted. Whenever, I had an issue over the years or needed help to resolve a technical issue, easy or complex, a quick call to the team always resulted in solutions with great service. Recently, I had the need to replace and upgrade my equipment, so who did I call? Easy Living with Technology!
Again, a visit to my home and a conversation led to a solution that was personal for my needs with quality and great service. Great communication throughout the process kept me informed as to status of my order, scheduling, etc.
This past week the team, Kevin, Jacob and Andy spent the day installing my equipment, it was not without its challenges, however, they persistently worked to figure things out.
Their teamwork was impressive, and you could tell that not only do they love what they do but enjoy working together. At the end of a long day, there was still a connectivity issue and Jacob stayed until it was resolved, and I understood how it worked.
I truly appreciate their work and time as a customer. I love the system that was recommended and now installed. Thank you Mark, Kevin, Jacob and Andy!!

For several years, I think since 2018, we’ve received excellent support with the system they installed when we remodeled our condo. We’ve only needed to contact them a few times over the years and with each case the support was timely and effective.
One of the great features of the system is that I can easily do any rebooting of it via an app they installed on my iPhone and when that doesn’t resolve an issue they can access the system from their office to do troubleshooting. Thus they haven’t needed them to come to our place too often…when it was needed they would get us in their schedule quite quickly. Typically next day or two.
I just wanted to take a moment to write a fantastic review for the company Easy Living With Technology. Their engineer, Brian H., was absolutely amazing. He helped us update our Vantage Home Automation system and did an excellent job.
Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain everything in layman’s terms, which made it easy to understand what he was doing. He was also very patient and answered all questions thoroughly.
The process of updating our system went smoothly and efficiently thanks to Brian’s expertise. Brian found a problem with our fiber optic “cable” internet installation and corrected it on the spot. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Easy Living With Technology and Brian H.
