Don’t go anywhere else!!!! Our New Year’s Eve started out horrible as we watched the pool loose a foot of water. I called our pool company and guess what the warranty expired 2 months prior, however they recommended Leak Wizard. I called first thing after New Years and explained the situation, they had Josh at our house within 3 hours. Josh immediately found the issue …Leak Wizard explained the issue with our pool contractor and now our pool contractor is going to own the long term fix. Josh was able to put a temporary fix until the permanent solution is in place. I can’t say enough good things about this company and what a pleasure working with Josh. Fantastic experience !!!

Following Tyler’s assessment of the pool, the Leak Wizard team provided the estimate for total cost of repairs and were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. This was a huge job and Jeff Camp absolutely crushed my expectations. He is a true professional in his craft. Even when this job proved to be much more labor intensive they never requested additional costs. Additionally, Teresa is an absolute professional in working out the details. Great service and FAST! Called a few days ago for a pool leak and they quickly scheduled me and actually showed early the day of the test. Gabe was our technician and was very knowledgeable and quick to find our pool leak. He used a very sensitive sonar/microphone he tossed into the pool and held beside the ports to detect internal leaks. He explained what he was doing and showed me exactly where the leak was around our skimmer frame! I should’ve called a month earlier when I first suspected a problem.
The attached pic shows where the leak was and he sealed the entire area to make sure no future leaks happen! Great job!

Communication is the first step in any service business. Leak Wizard excels at this. They explained very clearly what needed to be done by me prior to the appointment. They contacted me to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. Austin is polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly tested and identified any and all leaks, then promptly repaired them. He explained the entire process clearly and did excellent work. If you have any leak problems with your pool, this is who you should use.
