My hot water heater was damaged as a result of my cellar taking on about a foot of water courtesy of Hurricane Milton. (Yes, cellars do exist in St. Pete, FL!) It is very important to me to support local businesses so I Google’d “plumbers in St. Pete.” Flow Pros was able to send a technician that afternoon.
My technician, Brad, gave me a quote when he came out to assess the damage. He answered all of my questions regarding the device, installation, pricing options for the different tank sizes … so many questions I had! He was patient and professional the entire time. The best part: He was able to schedule me the following morning for installation! Albeit the entire “transaction” was less than 24 hours, Brad kept me updated on arrival time and parts in the supply shop … exceptional customer service.
I highly recommend Flow Pros Plumbing. And, if you get to request a specific technician, request Brad. FIVE STARS!

He performed a camera inspection to locate a cleanout and took the time to explain everything he was seeing in real-time. Not only did he pinpoint the issue with precision, but he also walked me through all my options with patience and expertise.

Great experience working with flow pros. Joe helped guide me through the process of my initial estimate and plan. He was very hospitable and informative. Actually help me save a good bit of money and time. Misha and Paul, who came out to do the job, were extremely professional and hard-working and knowledgeable. Felt completely comfortable leaving them to it. I saw the other reviews and I got at least a dozen quotes. Flo Pros were the best price and the best customer service.. Highly recommend!
