When another company we had booked bailed on us two days before our scheduled move, we were at a loss for how to salvage our home purchase and move that we had planned so carefully. I called Moving Ahead Services, not expecting any sort of success from any company with so little time available. They went above and beyond what I could have expected to find a driver on short notice and quite literally saved my family’s move. The service from everyone involved was impeccable and the communication and flexibility were outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone planning a large move.
Moving Ahead Services was always about 2 steps ahead of me. I like to call and confirm everything before I move, and they called 3 days before my move to confirm for me. They were super understanding that I may have delays due to the snow (thankfully I didn’t) and they called me during the day of my move to make sure I understood the process, when they would get there, and the cost. The two delivery men who showed up were the nicest two men. They were so friendly and they moved everything to each specific room and were very careful with my belongings. This was a very easy choice and I would call again if I needed moving assistance.
We had a great experience with Moving Ahead Services. Alex, Aaron, and Damien were professional, efficient, and friendly. They moved us into our first house and we could not be happier! These guys are awesome, 10/10 would recommend.
Seriously, the best moving company I’ve ever used. They made it look completely effortless. The workers are all extremely polite and hard workers. I knew my things were in great hands and were handled with care. I will recommend Moving Ahead to anyone and everyone!
The were very professional but also very friendly! They were attentive to our needs and also my dogs! They answered all questions and did a great job caring for our furniture! Everything was wrapped up nicely! We had some big pieces of furniture and they did a great job of taking them apart and putting them back together! Thanks for making this move so much easier and uneventful!!
